To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance
with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that provisions in the Deregulation Bill,
relating to agriculture, animal health and welfare and housing in so far as
they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales,
should be considered by the UK Parliament.
The following amendment was tabled:

Insert at end of motion:
‘on condition that the powers to commence the Schedules of
the Bill dealing with repeals are vested with Welsh Ministers rather than the
Secretary of State’
